El comienzo de las actividades del Círculo de Guitarras de Buenos Aires se remonta al año 1994 con su creación, una agrupación formada por
guitarristas que utilizan la Nueva Afinación Estándar de Guitar Craft. Desde ese entonces, el grupo pasó por diversas formaciones y nombres, siempre trabajando con guitarras acústicas.
En algunas de sus presentaciones,el Círculo de Guitarras de Buenos Aires llegó a estar integrado por 20 guitarristas.

El repertorio del Círculo de Guitaras de Buenos Aires incluye temas
originales y obras de diversos grupos y compositores, incluyendo algunos de The League of Crafty Guitarists.

Además de las actuaciones que realizó, el Círculo de Guitarras de
Buenos Aires participó en diversos workshops y ciclos de trabajo especiales relacionados con la música, realizando proyectos y performances junto a músicos de renombre internacional tanto en Argentina, España, Alemania e Italia.

Buenos Aires Guitar Circle

The BAGC began in 1994, founded by a group of guitarists that used Guitar Craft's New Standard Tuning on acoustic guitars. Since then, the group kept continuously working and presenting its work in performances under different names and with always changing members. In some live presentations, the BAGC has featured 20 guitarist.

The BAGC repertoire includes original pieces as well as the work from many different groups and composers, including themes from the League of Crafty Guitarists.

Besides live performances, the BAGC has sponsored international music workshops and special projects with musicians of Argentina, Spain, Germany, Italy, USA and UK.
